- Leaving Procedures： Aug 31 (Mon),2026. To ensure all thesis requirements and documents are in order and to avoid any delays in your graduation timeline, we strongly recommend visiting the Department Office to complete the check-off process by 2:00 PM on the working day before the official deadline.
